Meet The Team
Loren
Loren is our Pit Master, he specializes in smoking all our meats. With over 15 years of experience and honing his skills he has perfected the art of BBQ. Loren studied the art under his Grandfather, who had been smoking for over 20 years. Loren has developed trade secret cooking techniques that sets us apart from our competitors. He has also won Rib competitions against fellow BBQ enthusiasts
Amy
Amy is our Executive Chef, from our trade secret rib rub to our sauces, sides and desserts she has created all our menu items. She is a self taught chef who grew up in a large family. When her daughter was born with food sensitivities she perfected the made-from-scratch cooking technique with only real ingredients. With over 15 years of experience she uses generational recipes, curates her own and personalizes others to brings back nostalgic flavors with a twist.
